Your Staff Shouldn’t Have To Work In Uncomfortable Chairs

You wouldn’t want to spend your day at work sitting in an uncomfortable chair so you shouldn’t expect your staff to do it either. Remember, the level of comfort that your staff enjoys while performing their tasks has a lot to do with how effective they will be.

Take a few minutes to walk around your office and examine the condition and quality of the chairs your workers are sitting in. Are they comfortable with good lumbar support? Are your employees able to adjust the height position of their chairs? All people aren’t the same height and it is important that everyone is able to reach their desks from a comfortable level.

Check the wheels on the chairs. Do they roll smoothly? If not, and your chairs are otherwise in good condition, you should consider purchasing some replacement wheel kits.
