More Changes With Furniture Brands

Yesterday, Samson Holding Ltd. of Hong Kong made itself the biggest shareholder of Furniture Brands Int.

The Chinese company now controls 14.9% of the companie’s shares. This deal took place only three months after their failed attempt to combine the two companies.

This is yet another major change we have see recently with Furniture Brands. I expect that the entire company will change hands in the near future.
