Maximize Your Office Space

There are very few offices that are exactly alike, however one thing most offices share in common is a shortage of space. Very often it is not a matter of how much room you have, but how you “budget” it.

A well planned office will be more space efficient and organized. Unfortunately many offices aren’t planned, but simply grow as new furniture and accessories are needed. Take a look at your office to find ways to save on space and attain better organization.

There are many other ways to maximize the space you have available, but here are a few suggestions:

• Replace one or more standard computer work stations with wall mounted stations.
• Mobile computer carts are great for work stations that need to be moved around, they can also easily be stored when not in use.
• Placing CPUs in under-the-desk CPU holders will free up a lot of desk space.
