Material Cost Expected To Impact Furniture Manufacturers

With steel prices on the rise office furniture manufacturers are expected to see higher costs in production.

There’s no doubt that some office furniture producers may decide to increase prices. Savvy office furniture manufacturers are looking for ways to increase productivity and cut costs in other areas.

In the meantime they all watch the steel market closely in hopes that prices will drop or at least settle. Unfortunately, many of them are currently locked into a contract and have no option but to pay the higher rates.
