Former Davison Furniture Store Destroyed By Fire

Firefighters battled a fire that destroyed a historical building on Main Street in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania.

The Davison Furniture Store had occupied the building for over 100 years, but had been closed down three years ago.

The fire spread to two other buildings including a night club located next to the historical Davison Furniture Store. According to officials the fire has caused more than 200,000 dollars in damages.

This has been the second major fire to occur on this towns Main Street during the past six months.
