The Boston Baby Furniture chain closed down unexpectedly in March of 2006.

Employees of the company claimed that they did not receive their paychecks for the final weeks they worked.

They also claimed not to have been paid for vacation time that had been earned.

Harvey Slobodkin, former Boston Baby president, has now agreed to repay twelve former employees in a settlement that amounts to $41,840.
