Ashley Furniture To Pay $400,000 Settlement In Fraud Case

Ashley Furniture, of Arizona, has entered into an agreement with the state to pay $400,000 as a result of their delivery practices and deceptive advertising methods.

Ashley Furniture will also be paying $2,000 in restitutions and as much as $8,000 in refunds to consumers who suffered losses due to their practices.

The Arizona furniture company will be changing the way it sales and delivers furniture as well as the methods that it uses to advertise it’s products and services.
