Add Ergonomic Featues To An Older Desk

Today when you purchase a new computer desk, a keyboard tray is generally a standard feature. But, most older desks just weren’t designed with user comfort in mind. That doesn’t mean that you have to get rid of the desk to have newer, ergonomic features. All you have to do is add a keyboard tray.
If you’ve ever spent an extended period of time at a keyboard, then you know how much strain is put on the wrists and arms. All this repetitive strain, can quickly lead to tendinitis. Since keyboard trays have almost became a standard feature, there have been lot less problems with tendinitis.
Keyboard trays can be added to almost any type of desk. They allow you to slide the keyboard into a position that is comfortable for you and prevents excess strain on the wrists and arms. A keyboard tray keeps the keyboard at a lower height than the desk top and within easy reach.
